About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Actuarial Assistant Manager to join our growing Actuarial team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing actuarial services to our clients, including reserving, capital management, and actuarial function.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing actuarial support to our clients, including data analysis and modeling.
  • Developing and maintaining actuarial models and reports.
  • Collaborating with our leadership team to develop new client relationships and propositions.
  • Managing teams of trainee actuaries and delivering projects.
  • Explaining results to technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements include:

  • A Qualified Actuary.
  • A specialist in General Insurance.
  • Experience in Reserving; Standard Formula and Internal Model Capital; Pricing; and IFRS 17.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Experience of managing projects.
