About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Freelance Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Time Recruitment Solutions Ltd. As a Freelance Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing the financial and contractual aspects of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the financial aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
  • Prepare and submit reports, including financial reports, progress reports, and other documentation.
Requirements
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
  • Proven experience in planned works on a large scale or social housing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive rate of £250 per shift and flexible working arrangements. This is a temp-perm role, offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.
