Training Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support our Learning and Development team.
The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of training programs and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a point of contact for internal teams.
- Assist with course setup, reporting, and management of learner packs.
- Maintain records on internal systems and processes.
- Coordinate translations and manage training materials approvals.
- Provide logistical support for meetings and training sessions.
- Handle training provider submissions and manage exams efficiently.
- Assist with the eLearning Factory platform administrative process.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.
- Ability to learn and navigate new systems quickly.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS-SharePoint and experience in data reporting and analysis.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Experience in translations management and training support is preferred.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
