We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Early Years Coordinator to join our team at Camp Beaumont. As an Early Years Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in creating unforgettable experiences for children aged 3 and 4 years old.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Camp Manager and Early Years Manager in delivering a fantastic program that aligns with Ofsted's Early Years Foundation Stage.
- Coordinate group activities for a multi-activity day camp, ensuring the well-being of the children under your care.
- Assist with various activities, including archery, football, tennis, dance, swimming, arts and crafts, and more.
- Work closely with Group Leaders to organize engaging games and activities.
- Must be 17 years old or over.
- Available to work during school holidays.
- Hold a Level 2 qualification in Childcare.
- Possess bags of energy and enthusiasm.
- Can demonstrate a passion for working with children.
- Have initiative and ability to work independently.
- Awareness of safeguarding children (training will be provided).
