About the Role:
We are seeking a qualified and passionate Early Years Practitioner to join our team at Your Co-op Little Pioneers. As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a vital role in delivering our vision of being the leading Childcare provider.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work in unity with the Quality Training Advisors to achieve outstanding results in the room and outcomes for children.
- Support the education and development of your key children through outstanding quality of teaching and learning.
- Collaborate as part of a team to deliver outstanding care, early education, and ensure performance standards are consistently met.
Requirements:
- Full and relevant early years qualification.
- An Enhanced DBS check.
- Open, honest, and compassionate.
- Inspiring and passionate about early years and working with children.
