Our Trainee Nursing Assistant program is designed to upskill and train Senior Care Assistants to undertake more responsibility and develop the skills needed to be a Nursing Assistant. You'll have the opportunity to work alongside experienced colleagues and learn from them as part of an outstanding and committed team.

What You'll Do
  • Assist in tasks such as administering medicines, care of wounds, catheter care, and other direct clinical tasks under the supervision and guidance of a qualified nurse.
  • Develop your skills and knowledge in a supportive and rewarding environment.
  • Work alongside experienced colleagues and learn from them.

What We're Looking For
  • A Level 3 Diploma S/NVQ in Adult Care (or working towards).
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Health & Social Care where you have been a Senior Carer or a similar position with leadership responsibilities.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the person-led care planning process and the relevant legislative and regulatory requirements.
