Our comprehensive development program will upskill and train you to undertake more responsibility and develop the skills needed to be a Nursing Assistant. You'll assist in tasks such as administering medicines, care of wounds, catheter care, and other direct clinical tasks, under the supervision and guidance of a qualified nurse.

What's more, you'll receive a salary increase once you've completed your program. To qualify for the development program, you'll need:

  1. A Level 3 Diploma S/NVQ in Adult Care (or working towards)
  2. Minimum 2 years' experience in Health & Social Care, with leadership responsibilities, especially around administering medicines and leading a shift
  3. Knowledge and understanding of the person-led care planning process and relevant legislative and regulatory requirements
