**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Speech and Language Therapist to join our team at a specialist school near Southam. The successful candidate will work with primary-aged children who have educational and social needs, including ASC, ADHD, and SEMH.

The school offers a bespoke education framework and tandem therapeutic support, enabling pupils to develop their creativity, confidence, and curiosity in a focused and cooperative manner. With small class sizes and a broad range of subjects, pupils can build self-esteem, succeed academically, and form positive associations with school.

The role offers further learning and clinical development opportunities, including clinical supervision and peer support. As part of the team, you will help pupils feel valued, build strong relationships, and gain the confidence to challenge themselves and thrive.

This is a permanent, full-time position for a Speech and Language Therapist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To deliver therapies for children and young people with mixed SEN
  • To work collaboratively with the team to provide a supportive learning environment
  • To contribute to the development of the pupil's skills and abilities

Requirements:

  • HCPC registration as a Speech and Language Therapist
  • At least 2 years' professional experience within a school setting
  • Professional experience in delivering therapies for children and young people with mixed SEN

Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 per annum

Location: Nuneaton, Warwickshire
