About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our studio and development teams to design and deliver innovative digital solutions that meet our clients' strategic goals.
  • Use animation to enhance storytelling and bring dynamic elements to life, elevating the user experience and engagement.
  • Ensure that all designs meet the highest quality standards, aligning with our clients' brand identities and strategic objectives.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in web design and animation, with a portfolio showcasing your skills in creating engaging digital experiences.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, applied to both static and dynamic digital content.
  • Ability to translate clients' needs and brand identities into innovative design solutions.
  • Experience in creating interactive prototypes to illustrate design functionality and user journeys.
Desirable Skills and Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, with a strong portfolio and a passion for design.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Miro, and Figjam, with a solid understanding of brand principles and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Competency in animation and its application in design and storytelling, as well as HTML, CSS, JS, WordPress, Webflow, and Lottie.
