Our client is seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join their busy and growing team. As a key member of the Portfolio Payroll team, you will be responsible for processing payrolls from start to finish, including EPS & FPS. Your duties will include ensuring accurate and up-to-date payroll and pension records are kept on the payroll system, inputting and maintaining accurate data on payroll software, and providing internal and external reports upon request. You will also be responsible for completing manual calculations for SMP & SSP, completing all HMRC returns (RTI), and ensuring payroll compliance. Additionally, you will be responsible for completing Auto Enrolment duties, preparing client information, and maintaining payroll administration for all payroll clients. To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience of processing payroll from start to finish, including EPS & FPS, as well as previous experience of dealing with payroll queries and completing manual calculations. You will also need to be organized, hardworking, and able to deal with all elements of payroll processing. If you have the skills and experience required for this role, please apply now.
