Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Payroll Advisor to join our team at AD Recruit. As a Payroll Advisor, you will be responsible for processing payrolls for clients, maintaining accurate employee records, and providing payroll advice and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage an allocated portfolio of payroll clients, ensuring timely and accurate processing of monthly, weekly, 2 weekly, and 4 weekly pay runs.
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain the internal payroll system (LENNY) and ensure accurate and up-to-date client records.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients via telephone and email on all matters relating to payroll.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and maintain competence with relevant payroll systems and processes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in payroll processing and administration.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
  • Competency in payroll systems and processes.
