Job Title: Children Residential Support Worker

Vetro Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children Residential Support Worker to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality care and support to vulnerable children and young people in a residential setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the daily needs of children and young people, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with children and young people, ensuring their emotional and practical needs are met.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a safe and nurturing environment, adhering to care plans and guidelines.
  • Participate in weekend and evening activities, supporting children and young people in their interests and hobbies.
  • Contribute to the development of care plans, ensuring the safety and well-being of children and young people.

Requirements:

  • At least 6 months of experience working with children or in a similar social care setting.
  • Valid UK driving license and current Enhanced DBS on the update service.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Empathetic, caring, and resilient nature.
