Job Description

The Special Education Assistant will provide academic and social support to students with special needs. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement personalized learning plans.

This role involves preparing and delivering educational materials, assisting with classroom activities, and providing emotional and behavioral support to students. You will also be required to communicate effectively with parents and carers, ensuring they are informed about their child's progress and well-being.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as patience, empathy, and understanding. You will also require a willingness to learn and adapt to the changing needs of our students.
