We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance & Quality Officer/Manager to join our team at Fawkes and Reece, a leading Social Housing Contractor specializing in roofing work to tenanted properties. As a result of our growth and new contract awards, we have a new position available to develop and implement clear quality processes across our operations.

This role will be based in our Greater Manchester offices and require travel across the North West to our active sites in Greater Manchester, Merseyside, Lancashire, and Flintshire regions. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our business.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and Implementing Quality Processes: Design and implement effective quality processes that ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Ensuring Site Compliance: Work closely with Site Managers to ensure they are following established processes, including photographic documentation and uploading to IAuditor.
  • Communication and Liaison: Effectively communicate and liaise with site teams to ensure understanding of quality processes and requirements.
  • Assisting with Scaffolding Handovers: Support the handover process for scaffolding to ensure seamless transitions.
  • ISO9001 Audits and Implementation: Assist with audits and implementation of our ISO9001 quality management system.
