Job Title: Painter and Decorator Multi Skilled

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Painter and Decorator to join our team at Home Group Repairs Partnership. As a multi skilled tradesperson, you will be responsible for carrying out painting and decorating work across our properties in Hertfordshire and Essex.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out painting and decorating work to a high standard, ensuring all allocated jobs are completed right first time.
  • Decorate works across repairs, maintenance, and property refurbishments.
  • Deliver high-quality and compliant work.
  • Multi skill to improve first time fixes and prevent multiple visits to customers' homes.
  • Work in our properties across Hertfordshire and Essex, with all jobs scheduled to ensure you know exactly where you need to be.
Requirements:
  • City and Guilds NVQ Level 3 in painting and decorating or equivalent.
  • Experience in all aspects of painting and decorating work within a maintenance environment.
  • Experience in other building trade areas (multi skilled).
  • A flexible approach, able to use your own initiative and judgement.
  • A full current driving licence, as you will be provided with a company van for business use and commuting.
