Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Professional to join our team at Home Instead. As a Live-In Care Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and exercise routines
  • Encourage clients to maintain their independence and engage in activities that promote their physical and mental well-being
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation
  • Work collaboratively with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans
  • Maintain accurate records of client care and progress, reporting any concerns or issues to the care team

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a care setting, preferably in a UK household
  • Enhanced Adult DBS registered on the Update Service or a recently renewed certificate
  • Right to Work in the UK (we are not licensed to sponsor individuals)
  • UK driving license and access to a car (although not essential, it is preferred)
