Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Group Risk Technical Analyst to join our team at IDEX Consulting. As a Group Risk Technical Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the acquisition of new business and existing client retention in the most efficient and cost-effective manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Support: Provide exceptional support to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Business Reporting: Prepare comprehensive business reports for Group Life, Group Income Protection, and Group Critical Illness, including renewal and new business.
  • Scheme Administration: Effectively manage the administration of existing schemes, including Flexible benefit schemes, to ensure smooth operations and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Renewal Process: Manage the renewal process, ensuring accuracy of client invoices and policy documents prior to dispatch.
  • Quotation Process: Prepare and compare client data, manage the quotation process for market reviews and new business prospects, and place schemes on risk.
  • Claims and Membership Issues: Liaise with insurers to resolve claims and membership issues, and keep the Consultant team informed on ongoing queries and claims issues.
  • Quality Process Improvements: Provide ongoing feedback to facilitate quality process improvements and maintain a good working knowledge of Group Risk markets and products.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to regulatory requirements at all times, working in accordance with GDPR/Data Protection and adhering to TCF.

Requirements:

  • Product Knowledge: Possess product knowledge and experience in all relevant areas of Group Risk benefits, including Anti-Money Laundering procedures and TCF.
  • Qualifications: Preferably working towards or achieved GR1.
