Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Group Risk Technical Analyst to join our team at IDEX Consulting. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the acquisition of new business and existing client retention in the most efficient and cost-effective manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Support: Provide exceptional support to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Business Reporting: Prepare comprehensive business reports for Group Life, Group Income Protection, and Group Critical Illness, including renewal and new business.
  • Administration: Effectively manage the administration of existing schemes, including Flexible benefit schemes, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Renewal Process: Manage the renewal process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in sending out renewal invitations and requesting client data.
  • Policy Documents: Verify the accuracy of policy documents prior to dispatch, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Quotation Process: Manage the quotation process for market reviews and new business prospects, providing expert advice and guidance.
  • Claims and Membership: Liaise with insurers to resolve claims and membership issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Consultant team to provide ongoing feedback and facilitate quality process improvements.
  • Market Knowledge: Maintain a good working knowledge of Group Risk markets and products, staying up-to-date with industry developments and trends.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to regulatory requirements at all times, ensuring compliance with GDPR, Data Protection, and TCF.

Requirements:

  • Product Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge and experience in all relevant areas of Group Risk benefits.
  • Anti-Money Laundering: Familiarity with Anti-Money Laundering procedures and TCF.
  • Flex Schemes: Experience in dealing with Flexible benefit schemes.
  • Qualifications: Preferably working towards or achieved GR1.
