About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to oversee cost management and play a leading role in delivering exceptional bespoke joinery projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage costs with precision, collaborating with skilled craftsmen and building lasting relationships with clients.
  • Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts, variations, and final accounts specific to bespoke joinery.
  • Support and mentor junior team members, helping them develop their understanding of specialist joinery projects.

What You'll Be Doing:

  1. Taking ownership of project budgets, ensuring cost control and value optimisation.
  2. Collaborating closely with design and production teams to align project goals with financial objectives.
  3. Maintaining clear and professional communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry, with experience in bespoke joinery or fit-out projects.
  • A strong track record in cost management, contract negotiation, and final accounts within specialist sectors.
  • Leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and support colleagues.
