Join Our Team as an Investment Analyst - Asset Management

About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Investment Analyst to join our Asset Management team. As an Investment Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, conducting market research, and developing investment theses. You will also be expected to communicate and defend your investment ideas to internal stakeholders and committees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct financial modeling and analysis to develop and refine investment theses
  • Communicate and defend investment ideas to internal stakeholders and committees
  • Monitor existing investments in the portfolio
  • Build relationships with sponsors, management teams, and internal stakeholders
Requirements
  • Strong academic record with a Bachelor's degree, Master's degree, or equivalent in Finance, Economics, Business Studies, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Prior work experience in private equity or private credit is a plus
  • Strong quantitative, financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent MS Excel skills and knowledge of MS PowerPoint
  • Fluency in one or more of French, German, Italian, or Spanish is an advantage
