Job Description

As an Aircraft Maintenance and Repair Specialist at Marshall, you will play a vital role in ensuring the airworthiness of aircraft structures and mechanical systems. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining, modifying, and repairing aircraft structure & mechanical systems in accordance with work card instructions and relevant controlled technical documentation.
  • Actively supporting, promoting, and contributing to continuous improvement ideas and activity to ensure that progressive gains in efficiency are maintained.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Completion of a recognised Engineering apprenticeship or a relevant higher education qualification.
  • Experience of Engineering within a maintenance environment.
  • The ability to work individually as well as within a team across all functions on site, demonstrating a proactive and flexible attitude and supporting business targets and Company goals.
  • An eye for Continuous Improvement.
  • Attention to detail and self-motivation.
  • Enthusiastic attitude, coupled with good teamwork & communication skills.
  • GCSE or equivalent in Mathematics and English.
  • Good knowledge of H & S Legislation and some knowledge of COSHH.
  • Structural repairs experience preferable.
  • Electrical Qualification advantageous but not essential.
