About the Role

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our Sports & Activities Team as a Shift Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring daily operational plans are fulfilled and team members are equipped to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate the team to achieve operational goals and targets
  • Ensure daily operational plans are fulfilled, including task allocation and team deployment
  • Coach and support team members to deliver excellent guest experiences
  • Drive key targets such as add-on sales and promotions
  • Manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing requirements
About You

We are looking for an experienced leader with a background in Sports & Activities who can inspire and motivate the team to deliver exceptional results. You should have strong leadership skills, be confident in directing and responding to situations, and have experience in training and coaching teams in a fun-filled environment.

As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the team is equipped to deliver a great experience, and that operational standards and guest experience are consistently high. You will work closely with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive results.

This is an operational guest-facing role, and you will spend the majority of your time within the venue and with our guests. Flexibility is essential, as this role covers a 5-day working week over 7 days.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences, has strong leadership skills, and is able to motivate and engage the team to achieve results.
