We are seeking an experienced Positive Culture Lead to join our team at Fernhill Court. This exciting opportunity involves working closely with our management team to promote a positive culture and improve the lives of the people we support.

The role requires you to work in a residential setting, supporting staff to create a positive culture and promoting active support and total communication approaches. You will also be responsible for training and developing staff, conducting functional behaviour assessments, and supporting the service to develop sensory spaces.

As a Positive Culture Lead, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of the people we support. You will work collaboratively with our management team to ensure that every individual receives the support they need to maximise their opportunities for dignity, personal choice, and control over their lives.
