Key Responsibilities
- Support individuals with daily activities, including budget management, cooking, and personal care.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with the people we support, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Assist individuals to access and participate in community events and activities, promoting social inclusion and life skills.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure high-quality care and support.
