We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at BGI, a global multi-brand group with a presence in the UK, Europe, Middle East, and USA. As an Account Manager (Multi-site Recruiter), you will be responsible for supporting recruitment service delivery across sites in Hampshire, Oxfordshire & Sussex.

The ideal candidate will have experience in high-volume industrial, manufacturing or waste industry recruitment, with a working knowledge of Health & Safety at work. Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and numeracy skills are essential for this role.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Fully understand client needs and maintain compliance with KPIs and company policies.
  • Actively recruit candidates for specific sites.
  • Regularly review client satisfaction and internal reports.
  • Maintain records in line with legislative requirements and provide legislative updates.

**Requirements:**

  • Experience of high volume, industrial, manufacturing or waste industry recruitment is essential.
  • Working knowledge of Health & Safety at work.
  • Understanding of waste and recycling collection operations is an advantage.
  • Must be able to demonstrate problem solving skills.
  • Excellent level of English, both spoken and written is essential.
  • Very good level of numeracy.
  • Ability to multitask while under pressure.
  • Flexible, adaptable approach is essential.
