South East Territory Sales Manager

Key Objectives
As Area Development Manager, your primary objectives will be to:
- Drive sales revenue growth through new business and existing accounts;
- Provide management and business support to franchised offices;
- Implement operational strategies to enhance territory performance;
- Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
To achieve these objectives, you will need to work closely with the franchise network, providing guidance and support as required. You will also be responsible for monitoring and evaluating territory performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them.
This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a proactive and results-driven individual who can think strategically and work effectively in a team.
Estimated salary: £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
