About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Billing Coordinator to join our team at Company name (Withheld). This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-growing technology company, revolutionizing the way enterprises build their applications.

In this role, you will be responsible for processing daily invoices, collaborating with the finance team, and assisting the Sales Operations Manager. You will also be involved in various operational projects and deliver a high standard of service to customers and internal stakeholders.

As a Billing Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams, develop your skills, and grow with our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process daily invoices to ensure accurate and timely billing.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to follow up on overdue invoices.
  • Assist the Sales Operations Manager with vendor documentation, tax inquiries, and compliance verifications.
  • Be agile and use initiative to support a varied portfolio of operational projects.
  • Deliver a high standard of service to customers and support internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years commercial experience as a Billing Coordinator, Sales Support Administrator, or Operations Administrator in a SaaS / technology company. They will possess solid organisational and time management skills, excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.

This role offers a competitive salary of £32,500 - £42,000 per annum, plus bonus scheme paid quarterly, private healthcare, pension, subsidised gym membership, and company events & social hours.
