Job Title: Digital Media Strategist

About the Role

The Beauty Crop is seeking a highly motivated Digital Media Strategist to join our marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing paid media campaigns across various platforms to drive growth and enhance brand awareness.

  1. Develop and implement paid media strategies across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  2. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to ensure KPIs are met or exceeded.
  3. Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for future strategies.
  4. Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives that drive engagement and conversions.
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in paid media and digital marketing.
  6. Utilise budgets effectively to maximise the impact of paid media efforts.
  7. Provide strategic recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation in paid media strategies.

About You:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field is a plus.
  2. Proven experience (3+ years) as a Paid Media Executive or similar role, with agency background preferred.
  3. In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and other paid media platforms.
  4. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  5. Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and social media analytics tools.
  6. Understanding of audience segmentation and personalised marketing approaches.
  7. Experience with A/B testing, multivariate testing, and conversion rate optimization.
  8. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a proven ability to collaborate across departments and teams.
  9. Proficiency with Excel and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  10. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  11. Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  12. Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint certifications are a plus.
