Job Title: Digital Media Strategist

Join Zenith International as a Digital Media Strategist and take on a challenging role that requires your expertise in digital media performance, strategy, and insights. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with global clients and internal stakeholders to drive digital advertising success across multiple markets.

This exciting opportunity will provide you with the chance to work across 25+ markets, collaborating with a large Engine team involved in all aspects of Essity's digital advertising. You will report to the lead of the Digital Centre of Excellence (COE) and work closely with channel teams (social, search, programmatic activation) to identify digital trends and drive best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and distribute digital biddable learnings and best practices across Zenith local markets' planners to enhance local digital campaign strategy and tactical media planning.
  • Collaborate with analytics team members and digital buyers within the Hub to support the collection of digital data.
  • Provide input and recommendations for improvements/needs across the automated dashboarding (Project Dream) to enable Hub buyers, local planners, and COE team to identify digital trends and inform insights and learnings.
  • Develop an annual digital strategic roadmap alongside Essity global.
  • Co-create an annual digital test & learn plan, deliver against co-developed digital strategic pillars with Essity global.
Requirements:
  • Experience in digital insight, best practices, and digital reporting.
  • Strong understanding of digital media planning and strategy.
  • Able to produce strategy decks for clients.
