We are seeking an experienced and registered Nurse or Social Worker to join our Sleaford/Spalding Learning Disability Team. The ideal candidate will have a qualification in either Social Work or Nurse, with a valid registration with the relevant professional body.

The role requires effective travel arrangements, as you will need to visit clients in various locations. We provide reimbursement for work mileage and offer a competitive salary, estimated at £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. This position offers opportunities for career progression, including Practice Educator and management training.

The team takes pride in providing high-quality services and is passionate about supporting individuals with learning disabilities. Our office hours are 08:45–17:15 (Mon-Thu) and 08:45–16:45 (Fri). You will be required to work from home and in the office, depending on service needs.
