Key Account Business Development Manager

At Mercian Labels, we're passionate about delivering exceptional service to our customers. As our Internal Key Account Manager, you'll play a critical role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our most valued clients.
Main Responsibilities:
- Onboard new clients and become the primary point of contact for their ongoing business needs.
- Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, managing customer expectations and resolving any issues.
- Collaborate with Business Development Managers to grow existing accounts by providing top-notch customer care and identifying opportunities for increased sales.
- Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless execution of technical, quality, and delivery requirements.
- Translate customer inquiries and orders into actionable solutions for the Technical Sales Administrators.
- Provide prompt and professional responses to customer queries regarding orders or deliveries.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the print industry or label manufacturing, with a track record of delivering excellent customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously, with a passion for sales and a drive to exceed targets.
- Excellent IT skills, attention to detail, and administrative abilities.
