Role Overview
A Manufacturing Operations Specialist is required at our Bakkavor Spalding site, working within a team of 1,470 colleagues across 3 manufacturing facilities & 1 Distribution Centre.

We specialise in producing high-quality hand crafted sandwich wraps, salads, dips, soups & sauces and mayonnaise.
The successful candidate will have previous electrical and mechanical experience within manufacturing, with a solid background in Health & Safety. You will be competent in electrical fault finding and analysis, providing engineering support to production to ensure efficient performance of all equipment.

This role includes:
- Providing Engineering support to Production to ensure efficient performance on all equipment
- Ensuring that all H&S procedures, engineering best practice are adhered to at all times
- Recognised Engineering qualification
- Flexible working attitude
- Competent electrical / fault finding & analysis skills
