A highly skilled actuary is required to lead a team responsible for managing and operating the capital model. This role ensures compliance with both regulatory and internal stakeholder needs.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Capital to support the Board and senior management on matters related to capital allocation, risk assessment, and strategic planning. This includes collaborating with other departments to ensure alignment with business objectives.

In this leadership position, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to manage capital efficiently, ensuring optimal returns while maintaining regulatory compliance. Your expertise in capital modelling will be instrumental in making informed decisions that drive business growth.

We are offering a competitive salary of £80,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as health insurance, pension scheme, and professional development opportunities. Our firm prioritizes employee well-being and offers a supportive work environment.

Requirements include a strong background in actuarial science, preferably with experience in capital modelling and risk assessment. A bachelor's degree in mathematics or a related field is also essential. Strong communication and leadership skills are necessary for success in this role. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate expertise in Excel, data analysis, and statistical software.
