We are seeking a skilled Counsellor to join our team, working closely with children and young people to address mental health issues. As a Counsellor, you will provide a supportive and non-judgmental environment, helping young individuals navigate complex emotions and develop coping strategies. With your expertise in counselling and deep understanding of mental health, you will play a vital role in empowering young people to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group counselling sessions to children and young people.
- Develop and implement effective counselling plans, taking into account the unique needs and circumstances of each client.
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as teachers and social workers, to ensure comprehensive support for young people.
