As a Pastoral Support Officer, you will work closely with the Head of Year and other team members to provide tailored support to students with SEMH and behavioural challenges.

Key Responsibilities include collaborating with the Head of Year and pastoral team to implement behaviour and well-being strategies, providing 1:1 and group mentoring to students facing emotional, social, or behavioural challenges, building positive relationships with students, and communicating effectively with parents, staff, and external agencies.
