Job Title: Registered General Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered General Nurse to join our team at Orchid Healthcare in Paignton. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our adult residents.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will have a strong passion for elderly and dementia care, with excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering the highest standards of care. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Plan, assess, deliver, and evaluate individual care plans to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.
  2. Organize and motivate our care team to maintain high standards of care and ensure a positive living environment.
  3. Liaise with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and resident well-being.
  4. Maintain accurate records of medication storage, maintenance, and use.
  5. Provide exceptional medical and palliative care to our residents, prioritizing their comfort and dignity.
Requirements:
  1. Valid NMC PIN and RGN qualification.
  2. Minimum 6 months' experience in a similar setting.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Passion for elderly and dementia care.
  5. Dedication to delivering high-quality care and a commitment to resident well-being.
