Nurse – Complex Care (Adult)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Complex Care Nurse to join our team at OneCall24 Healthcare Limited. As a key member of our complex care team, you will be responsible for delivering and overseeing key health and support provision for a gentleman with MND and ventilation requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver person-centred care within a hospital and client's own home environment
  • Support with administering medication, moving and handling, personal care, and healthcare tasks
  • Form a key part of the Onecall24 Healthcare complex care team
  • Receive full training in specialist and person-centred elements of care delivery and 24-hour support
