What You'll Do
As a Trainee Supervising Practitioner, you'll play a key role in delivering training, evidence-based interventions, and consultations that make a real difference for children, young people, families, and educational staff. You'll work closely with our team to develop and implement programmes that promote positive mental health outcomes, using CBT-informed supervision to support individuals and groups. You'll also contribute to the development of our services, working closely with colleagues to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that benefit our clients.

You'll have the opportunity to work with a range of stakeholders, including children, young people, families, and educational staff. You'll develop your skills in CBT-informed supervision, working with individuals and groups to promote positive mental health outcomes. You'll also have the chance to engage in further training as required by the service, ensuring you're always at the forefront of the field.

We offer a competitive salary range of £37,092 - £45,347, plus a range of benefits, including 27 days holiday + bank holidays, rising to 32 days over time, life assurance at 2 x basic salary, and a competitive contributory pension scheme.
