About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Preproduction Coordinator to join our team at Planet Pharma. As a key member of our Preproduction department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity of clinical trial supplies packaged on site.

As a Preproduction Coordinator, you will be responsible for completing documentation in accordance with relevant SOPs and GMP standards. You will also maintain high quality standards, ensuring all deviations are documented as required. Additionally, you will participate in the implementation of new systems or upgrades to systems pertaining to the Preproduction department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete documentation in accordance with relevant SOPs and GMP standards.
  • Maintain high quality standards, ensuring all deviations are documented as required.
  • Report any issues that may impact the quality or timelines specified for the packaging of supplies.
  • Competently perform tasks as detailed by the Preproduction skills matrix.
  • Participate in the implementation of new systems or upgrades to systems pertaining to the Preproduction department.
Requirements
  • Pharma experience or education is highly advantageous.
  • Experience in GMP or GDP environment is essential.
  • Ability to work 100% onsite.
  • Flexibility to start within 2-4 weeks.
