Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative and secretarial support to the medical team, including managing and maintaining administrative procedures, planning and prioritizing workload, and minute/note taking.
- Maintain strict confidentiality in all aspects of your work and develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues, patients, and relatives.
- Coordinate and provide secretarial services for meetings and appointments, assist with record keeping and database management, and act as a point of contact for telephone inquiries.
