Danish Speaking Junior Client Service Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Danish speaker to join our team as a Junior Client Service Coordinator. As a key member of our Sales Team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer and administrative support to our clients.
As a Danish speaker, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and developing our Danish clientele by advising on our company's products and services. You will work closely with our Denmark Sales team and investment advisors to manage daily workload and ensure accurate and timely reporting.

Your Responsibilities- Collect and verify client information to set up new accounts
- Build and maintain relationships with clients in the banking sector
- Collaborate with the Denmark Sales team and investment advisors to manage daily workload
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of client information
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical individual with strong communication and organizational skills. You should be productive, driven, and committed to providing exceptional client service.
This role requires fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken. Experience in client service, customer service, or a related field is desirable. A degree in finance, banking, or economics is also desirable.
