About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Danish speaking Junior Client Service Coordinator to join our team in Canary Wharf, London. As a key member of our Sales Team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer and administrative support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and process client information to set up new accounts
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients in the banking sector
  • Collaborate with the Denmark Sales team and investment advisors to manage daily workload
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting for clients
About You

We are looking for a candidate with strong analytical, communication, and organisational skills. You should be productive, driven, and committed to providing the highest level of client service. Requirements
  • Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken
  • Experience in Client Service, Customer Service, or related roles in the financial or banking sector
  • Degree in finance, banking, or economics (desirable)
  • Demonstrable problem-solving skills and a strong customer focus
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain professionalism
