Practice Based Educator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Allied Health Professional to join our team as a Practice Based Educator. This is a maternity leave cover role that will provide an opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in education and training.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading on the delivery of specific workstreams, including student supervision and creating CPD for our Allied Health Professionals. You will also contribute to an environment in which effective practice-based learning is fostered, implemented, evaluated, and shared.

- Contribute to an environment in which effective practice-based learning is fostered, implemented, evaluated, and shared.
- Work alongside staff in practice to create a positive learning culture.
- Cover for senior team members in a range of settings.
- Excellent clinical skills as an Allied Health Professional.
- Excellent managerial, leadership, and organisational skills.
- Able to motivate and develop a multi-professional team.
- Able to problem solve and initiate change.
