We're seeking a talented Duty Manager to join our Premier Inn team in Worcester City Centre. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our hotel experience is welcoming, safe, and brilliant for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a winning partnership between our leadership and housekeeping teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Lead by example, demonstrating a fantastic way with people and a keen eye for detail.
- Work collaboratively with our teams to drive sales, improve customer satisfaction, and increase revenue.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall guest experience.
