We're seeking a skilled Duty Manager to lead our team at Premier Inn Worcester City Centre. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experiences and driving hotel operations to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a winning partnership between our leadership and housekeeping teams to deliver a welcoming, safe, and brilliant hotel experience.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Lead by example, promoting a culture of excellence and customer-centricity throughout the hotel.
- Collaborate with our leadership team to achieve business objectives and drive hotel performance.
