Nursery Care Assistant

Hadland Care Group is committed to delivering high-quality childcare services, and we are seeking a dedicated Nursery Care Assistant to join our team at Woodlands in Fareham.
The successful candidate will have a Level 2 Childcare Qualification and be able to gain a clear DBS. They must also have GCSE grades A*-C or 4-9 in Maths and English Language, or equivalent.
We offer a competitive salary of £20,000 - £22,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you will receive comprehensive training and development opportunities, as well as a range of benefits including:

As a Nursery Care Assistant with Hadland Care Group, you will be responsible for supporting the daily care and education of children from birth to five years old. Your duties will include:
- Assisting with meal times, including preparing and serving food and drinks
- Cleaning and maintaining the nursery environment to ensure it remains safe and hygienic
- Participating in regular meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge
You will work closely with the Childcare and Education team to continuously improve the quality of childcare and education.
