Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to join our team at Leader Online Ltd. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient handling, storage, and dispatch of goods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receiving and Processing Goods
    • Unload, inspect, and verify incoming deliveries against purchase orders
    • Store goods in designated areas, maintaining accurate inventory levels
    • Document discrepancies or damages, and report to management
  • Inventory Management
    • Organize and store goods in a safe and efficient manner
    • Perform regular stock counts and inventory audits
    • Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners to track inventory levels
  • Order Fulfillment
    • Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently, meeting customer specifications and deadlines
    • Prepare goods for dispatch, ensuring proper labeling and packaging
    • Coordinate with drivers for timely shipment of orders
  • Health and Safety
    • Adhere to health and safety regulations and guidelines
    • Promote a safe working environment, maintaining a clean and organized warehouse
    • Operate warehouse equipment and machinery safely, following training and procedures
  • Quality Control
    • Ensure goods are stored and handled in compliance with quality standards
    • Report any quality issues or defects to management
  • Documentation and Reporting
    • Maintain accurate records of stock movements and transactions
    • Complete necessary paperwork for inbound and outbound deliveries
    Requirements
    • Forklift, Reach Truck, Pivot Steer, and Counterbalance licenses preferred
    • Previous warehouse and WMS experience is an asset
    • Availability to work various shifts, including days, back shifts, and nights
