Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering customer training programs for blood glucose and blood gas products. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to adapt to working with different customer personalities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver on-site customer training programs for blood glucose and blood gas products under the direction of the Pre and Post Implementation Manager.
  • Maintain and document customer training records, including names of personnel trained, date training was performed, and training agenda.
  • Ensure all documentation adheres to the Quality Management System and is revision controlled.
  • Produce reports for customers and management as required.
Requirements
  • Nursing background with experience in training is preferred.
  • Knowledge and experience of point-of-care testing products are beneficial.
  • Excellent communication, training, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to working with different customer personalities.
  • Demonstrable experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Teams.
