We are a purpose-built care home located in the heart of Margate community in Kent, providing exceptional levels of Residential, Nursing, Dementia & Respite care.

Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Care Assistant to join our team on a Dayshift contract. The successful candidate will have an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care and prior experience working within an elderly care home in the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care to our residents
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure excellent care standards
  • Support the care home manager in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment
What We Offer
  • A competitive hourly rate of £13
  • A contracted hours of 22 / 33 / 38.5 / 44 hours per week (2-4 shifts)
  • 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full-time contract)
