Job OpportunityWe are seeking a Senior Care Assistant to join our team on a night shift basis. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, working closely with our care team to ensure their needs are met.
Key Responsibilities- Provide person-centered care to residents, promoting their independence and dignity
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Support residents with their medication, meal times, and social activities
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure residents receive comprehensive care
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent
- Previous experience working in an elderly care home, preferably in the UK
- Ability to work night shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive care environment
- Competitive hourly rate of £13
- Contracted hours of 22-44 per week, with flexibility to work additional shifts
- 5.6 weeks annual leave, based on a full-time contract
